QA Lead required to join a leading UK brand in Wolverhampton on a long term hybrid contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the programme QA strategy and framework.
Guide Project QA Leads in delivering QA activities and deliverables.
Ensure project test approaches align with programme standards.
Lead QA governance, reporting and quality reviews.
Oversee test planning, documentation and completion assessments.
Provide leadership, guidance and challenge to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify, manage and mitigate risks across projects.
Lead the development of QA processes, guidance and business cases.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience in QA and test strategy development.
Strong knowledge of modern testing tools and methodologies.
Ability to influence technical solutions and promote testability.
Excellent leadership, governance and stakeholder management skills.
Strong risk management and communication capabilities.
Experience managing QA deliverables across multiple projects.
Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timescales.
Knowledge of industry best practices and quality benchmarks.
