Quality Officer

Overview

In this role you ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality systems within a cutting-edge laboratory setting. You’ll help maintain regulatory alignment and Good Scientific Practice as part of a collaborative quality team. You will address quality issues, support audits, and deliver training to raise awareness of processes and standards. Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the quality management system, including documentation and records
• Review quality documentation (deviations, CAPAs) to ensure standards and timely closure
• Assist in investigating quality issues to identify root causes and actions
• Prepare for and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Develop and deliver training on quality processes, procedures, and compliance requirements

Key requirements

• A degree or higher in a scientific discipline
• Experience in a regulated (GxP) environment within life sciences/pharma/CRO
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information
• Confident communication across teams with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset
