Business Process Transformation Manager

Overview

In this role you will shape how EDF power solutions operates as we grow our renewable energy business. You’ll lead business process architecture and change adoption, partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and embed new ways of working. You’ll drive scalable, digitally enabled processes aligned to strategic objectives and contribute to EDF’s 2035 low‑carbon vision. A focal, high‑visibility role with cross‑functional impact and leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives and future operating model development
• Own and develop the organisation’s business process architecture
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities
• Lead change adoption activities to ensure new ways of working are embedded
• Develop and maintain process governance, standards and best practice
• Facilitate workshops and provide expert guidance on process design and optimisation
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches

Key requirements

• Significant experience leading business process architecture, transformation or business improvement initiatives in a complex organisation
• Strong end-to-end operating model understanding and capability to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience developing process frameworks, governance and operating models
• Proven success delivering major transformation programmes with sustained change adoption
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills engaging senior leaders
• Experience leading workshops, influencing decisions and driving better business outcomes
• Experience managing and developing teams and building capability
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or similar
• Understanding how business processes, data and digital platforms enable transformation
