Commercial Property Partner

Overview

In this role you will lead and shape a growing commercial property practice within a respected regional law firm. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice to a strong client base. This is a leadership opportunity with visibility and influence, backed by a collaborative platform and hybrid working. You’ll help expand the client base, mentor junior lawyers, and steer the future direction of the property practice in the South East.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your own client base with support from the firm
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work
• Build relationships with regional businesses, developers and investors
• Collaborate with other teams to offer a full-service client experience
• Mentor and support junior lawyers as the team evolves
• Influence the future direction of the Farnborough property practice
