Building Surveyor / Project Surveyor

Overview

In this role you lead building surveying projects from start to finish within a growing practice. You will manage projects end-to-end, handle JCT contracts and prepare specifications of works, while supporting delivery across multiple schemes. You’ll receive APC mentorship and structured development aimed at chartership and progression into senior positions as the business expands. The role offers flexible/hybrid working and travel to sites as required, with a clear path for long-term career growth in Nottingham and surrounding areas.

• Manage building surveying projects from start to finish
