Plant Operations and Maintenance Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage maintenance for an industrial, world-class facility during a period of growth and transformation. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety and compliance, and drive reliability and continuous improvement. You will build stakeholder relationships and shape maintenance strategy to sustain high standards. This is an autonomous position at a niche, industry-leading site with a strong focus on safety, quality and empowerment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission through reliable, efficient operations.

• Engineering qualification
