Responsibilities
- Create dream itineraries for customers across flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and insurance
- Share travel expertise to recommend optimal options from a range of products
- Provide warm, respectful customer service and active listening to ensure guests feel valued
- Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business objectives with customer enthusiasm
- Build itineraries and manage bookings using booking systems and internal processes
