Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver TPRM advisory engagements for clients, often within small cross-functional teams
• Benchmark, design, and implement enhanced TPRM capabilities and governance structures
• Support adoption and embedding of new TPRM processes and operating models
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive change management and governance across projects
• Ensure alignment with UK/EU outsourcing and TPRM regulations and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with client teams and Third-Party risk management technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute to advisory engagements from scoping to execution and post-implementation support
• Oversee project management activities and ensure timely delivery of outcomes

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) with a focus on Financial Services
• Consulting experience or in-house TPRM function experience
• Experience performing due diligence on third parties and linking to end-to-end TPRM
• Strong understanding of UK/EU regulations related to Outsourcing and TPRM
• Awareness of UK/EU Operational Resilience regulations (advantageous)
• Familiarity with TPRM technologies and how they improve efficiency
• Highly organized with strong workload management and delegation
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with confident decision-making
• Ability to build relationships across the Extended Enterprise team and clients
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable communicating at senior management levels
• Willingness to work in office, client sites, and on third-party premises
