Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the CIDrive Lean and Continuous Improvement InitiativesAnalyse data to improve performance and reduce wasteLead cross-functional improvementCoach teams in CI tools and problem-solving.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
