Enterprise AI Product Owner

Overview

In this role, you own the vision, roadmap and backlog for Ricoh EMEA’s enterprise AI products. You collaborate with the AI Product Team and Centre of Excellence to translate opportunities into tangible products and outcomes. You balance business value with technical feasibility, governance and responsible AI across stakeholders. You drive adoption and measurable value while enabling reuse across the organization. Responsibilities

• Own and develop product vision, roadmap and backlog for enterprise AI products, services, agents and reusable capabilities
• Translate business challenges and AI strategy into clear product outcomes, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities
• Prioritise AI initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, risk, feasibility, data readiness, user impact, cost and reuse potential
• Provide day-to-day product leadership to the AI Product Team to ensure delivery focuses on priorities and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape demand and identify where AI adds value
• Partner with architecture, data, security, risk, compliance and legal teams for governance and responsible AI requirements
• Define reusable AI product patterns, service standards, release approaches and lifecycle controls
• Track success via adoption, reliability, user experience, cost efficiency and value realization
• Identify opportunities to consolidate overlapping AI initiatives into common enterprise capabilities
• Produce roadmap updates, prioritisation recommendations and decision materials for senior stakeholders
• Work with strategic technology partners and suppliers supporting AI platforms, product delivery and managed services

Key requirements

• Strong product ownership/management experience
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, priorities and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable success indicators
• Knowledge of generative and agentic AI and tools like Copilot, Azure AI Foundry and AI agents
• Understanding of responsible AI, information security, data protection, governance and compliance
• Experience prioritising demands by value, risk, feasibility, cost and capacity
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, security, risk and operations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in Agile, DevOps or product-led delivery environments
• Experience in AI Centre of Excellence, enterprise architecture, innovation or digital transformation environments (beneficial)
