MEP Project Manager (Healthcare)

Overview

In this role you will lead lifecycle and variation projects within a complex healthcare environment, partnering with clinical stakeholders and contractors to deliver compliant, safe infrastructure improvements. You will own projects from planning through handover, ensuring design, procurement and commissioning align with healthcare standards and commercial objectives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to influence delivery strategies in a major hospital facilities operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle and variation projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, programme delivery and commercial performance
• Manage design, procurement, contractor coordination, commissioning and training activities
