• base salary 45-55k (depends on experience) plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop operators to maximise performance
• Build and manage relationships with operators, stakeholders and partners
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and P&L understanding in decision-making
• Support field-based operations and regional initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable growth of pubs and operators

Key requirements
