As an Associate Director in our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy, you will lead the delivery of building surveying services across a diverse portfolio while strengthening key client relationships. You’ll drive revenue, win new instructions, and identify opportunities to expand our regional presence. You’ll help shape the Midlands Building Consultancy offering and collaborate with colleagues to drive strategic growth, elevating client service and the team’s profile. You will also mentor junior colleagues to develop talent within the business.
