You will help drive growth of a high‑performing department while mentoring junior members and maintaining strong client relationships. The role combines technical conveyancing expertise with business development to nurture introducer ties and ensure compliant, high‑quality service. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad, complex residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity, new builds)
• Handle SDLT requirements and unregistered properties
• Advise on restrictions, cautions and removals; supervise and develop junior colleagues
• Build and maintain relationships with Estate Agents, Brokers, and clients
• Ensure compliance and high professional standards

Key requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience running a complex residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
• Proven ability to win new business and nurture introducer relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confidence working independently and under pressure
• Proactive, self-motivated approach
• Ability to mentor and inspire junior colleagues
• Strong IT proficiency, including legal case management systems
