Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters with focus on contested probate, property disputes, and boundary issues
• Advise clients clearly across contentious matters
• Handle files from instruction to resolution independently
• Build strong relationships with clients, counsel, and third parties
• Contribute to business development and support the wider litigation team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in civil litigation
• Extensive experience in contested probate
• Strong knowledge of property litigation and boundary disputes
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong client care and communication abilities
