Responsibilities
- Run transactions from start to finish
- Provide high quality technical and commercial advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support development of the local market presence
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with ≥3 years PQE
- Extensive experience in high-quality real estate work
- Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on property portfolios
- Ideally experience in real estate finance
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent networking and client development abilities
