Autonomous OT in Community Care (Hybrid)

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to work within the Adult Community Team (ACT) on a temporary basis. The role is based in Time Square, Bracknell with hybrid working and a 37-hour week.

You will assess adults with physical disabilities and longer-term care needs, using practical, person-centred approaches to promote independence and safety in the community. Flexible working arrangements and strong professional development support are offered.
