Senior Residential Manager – Children’s Home Leader

Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a 5-bed children’s home in the Tees Valley area. You will lead the day‑to‑day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance and create a safe, nurturing environment for looked-after children, while supporting a dedicated staff team.

You’ll work closely with clinicians and education staff to deliver holistic care, manage referrals, and drive continuous improvement. A Level 5 Diploma and a full UK driving licence are essential.
