Nursing Community Manager: Lead Care Teams & Excellence

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Community Manager in Saltford to lead a team of nurses and carers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the home. You will use your clinical expertise and leadership to drive outcomes, mentor staff and work with the General Manager and wider team to support residents’ wellbeing.

You’ll oversee care plans, medication management and regulatory standards, promote best practice, and champion compassionate care.
