Lead Practitioner: Targeted Family Help (Hybrid)

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Lead Practitioner – Targeted Family Help to lead needs-led Family Assessments and multi‑agency plans. You will work with families, ensuring a whole-family approach and act as the main contact for the duration of support.

You will facilitate Early Help and Child in Need meetings, gather information using the social care IT system, and promote safeguarding, equality and inclusion while following Working Together and the National Framework.
