Job Description:
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 District Nurse for the Evening and Night OOH district nursing service in Central Manchester. You will deliver autonomous nursing care in patients’ homes, assess and plan care, and work with GPs and other teams to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
You will provide clinical leadership, supervise junior staff, and manage a high-quality caseload across a broad geographic area while prioritising patient safety and comfort.
