Senior Practice Manager, SME Accounts & Team Growth

S Smith and Co Accountants, based in Scunthorpe, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a portfolio of SME clients and mentor the team. You will work closely with the Director to develop the practice and deliver high-quality financial services.

You will prepare and review accounts and tax computations, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to day-to-day operations and growth of the practice.
