Senior Hotel HR Partner Scotland Cluster

Schulte European Group in Scotland is seeking an experienced hotel HR professional to support our properties across Scotland. You’ll work hands-on on-site, partnering with General Managers, managing employee relations, recruitment and payroll, and coaching hotel leaders.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or higher, hotel HR experience, ability to travel and stay overnight between sites, and comfort with multiple HR systems such as Recruit Genie, Fourth Hospitality and Eproductive.
