Impactful Onsite HR Partner – UK Sites

HR Dept (Recruitment Agency) is seeking a full-time HR Manager to be the onsite HR presence, working closely with managers, employees and site leadership to deliver a positive people experience.

This role has real visibility and influence, turning Group and EMEA HR strategy into practical UK actions. You will be supported by a central HR function and external consultancy for complex ER matters, while focusing on relationship-building and proactive HR delivery.
