Food Safety & Quality Compliance Leader

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Food Safety and Quality team in Dungannon to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and safety expectations while protecting brand reputation.

You will manage retailer-specific compliance, supplier food safety risk assessments, allergen management, documentation control, TACCP risk assessments, and testing data management. Strong HACCP knowledge, organisational and communication skills are essential.
