Strategic Procurement & Contracts Lead (Public Sector)

Rullion Engineering Cumbria is seeking a Commercial/Procurement Officer in the Bristol area to drive procurement and commercial activities. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week with a mix of office/onsite work and opportunities to lead procurement documentation and supplier contracts.

You will manage end-to-end contracts, assess supplier performance, mitigate risks, support tendering, and ensure governance and compliance while working under SC clearance requirements.
