Job Description:
EPUT is recruiting for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse based in Rayleigh. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) with duties spanning assessment, planning and coordination of care within a defined catchment.
Close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team is required to deliver evidence-based care. The post requires a valid UK driving licence, experience in care coordination and driving to meet responsibilities across Essex and neighbouring areas.
