Site Contract Manager – Cleaning & Waste Operations

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Contract Manager to oversee cleaning and waste management across Deeside and Rhymney. You will own labour, plant maintenance, and financial administration while coaching a management team and driving recruitment and training strategies for future talent.
