QA Team Leader: Food Safety & Quality Champion (On-site)

Pilgrim’s Europe in Bodmin seeks a QA Team Leader to oversee on-site QA operations, champion food safety and drive continuous improvement. You will mentor the QA team, support audit programmes, and liaise with site functions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

You will lead NCRs, investigations, and KPI-driven actions, while ensuring timely swabbing and sampling, and facilitating customer and third-party audits. Monday–Friday, 06:00–16:00.
