Facilities Manager for Premier Theatre & Culture Venue

Magna Vitae’s Embassy Theatre in Skegness seeks a motivated Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and readiness of the Embassy Complex and surrounding grounds.

You will lead health and safety at the venue, support performances and events, and ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, contractors and audiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, liaison with external partners, and a commitment to the Embassy Experience and community engagement.
