People-Centric Change Lead for Adoption & Transformation

Midland Heart is seeking a Business Change Partner to lead change activity across projects and initiatives, focusing on people impact, readiness, and adoption. You will work with Project Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to embed changes for sustainable outcomes.

The role sits in our Bath Row office, Central Birmingham, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option to work the remaining days from home.
