Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead — Education

Ernulf Academy is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Manager to lead welfare, safety and wellbeing of all scholars. You will work with the DSL, senior leaders, and external agencies to ensure safeguarding practices are robust, effective, and responsive to pupils’ needs.

You will promote a strong safeguarding culture, support vulnerable scholars, maintain confidential records, deliver staff training, and contribute to academy operations and compliance.
