Senior Recruitment Consultant: Legal/HR for Climate Tech

The Collective in Bristol is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a hybrid team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Legal, Insurance and HR sectors, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates.

You’ll manage your own desk, hit targets, and develop client relationships while contributing to a climate-focused, mission-driven organisation with a supportive central Bristol office and 3 days in the office per week.
