Assistant General Manager — Lead a Dynamic Hospitality Team

Caravan is hiring an Assistant General Manager at our Southbank restaurant in London. You’ll support the General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold health and safety standards, nurture a winning team and ensure guests leave delighted.

You’ll recruit, onboard and coach staff, drive sales and efficiency, manage systems like Fourth, Harri and All Gravy, and participate in management meetings. A genuine hospitality leader with a passion for developing people will fit well.
