Standalone HSE Manager — Manufacturing (Shop Floor)

Morgan Ryder Associates is recruiting an experienced HSE professional to own Health, Safety & Environmental across two UK sites in Burnley. The role is hands-on, shop-floor focused, with autonomy to influence safety culture and develop a small HSE function as the business grows.

You’ll lead risk assessments, investigations and safety training, working with operational leaders to embed best practices and compliant processes.
