Senior Sous Chef – Lead Opening Mediterranean Kitchen

Hiddenwell is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join the opening brigade of a brand-new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant at Hoar Cross Hall. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to establish the kitchen operation, standards and a culture of quality, seasonality and hospitality.

You’ll lead the brigade during prep and service, drive food quality and presentation, develop the team and help launch menus, tastings and systems.
