CYP Key Worker: Youth Substance Use & Outreach

Cranstoun is recruiting a CYP Key Worker in Sutton to join the Here4YOUth team. You will provide tailored interventions for children and young people affected by drugs or alcohol and support families.

This outreach role involves holding a caseload across Sutton, engaging with schools, colleges and community venues, delivering assessments, care planning and evidence-based psychosocial interventions. You will also deliver talks and workshops in educational settings, work in a trauma-informed way,
