As a Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build your own specialist market, develop relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate deals and earn uncapped commission on every placement you make.
You will:

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Become an expert within your specialist market
