Job Description:
Alliance for Better Care CIC in Horley is seeking a Health and Social Care worker to deliver social prescribing, MECC and smoking cessation support for Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities across Surrey and Sussex. This fixed-term role is based at Horley Health Hub with outreach delivery.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel to sites across the two counties. The position ends January 2027.
