Clinical Area Lead Nurse — 4-Day Week & CPD Growth

Pennard Vets in Sevenoaks is seeking a Senior Ward Nurse to step into a Clinical Area Lead role in our hybrid hospital. You will lead on the wards, own a clinical specialty, and contribute to shaping how we work as a clinically led independent practice.

Day to day you’ll oversee inpatient care, set standards, mentor nurses, and collaborate with the Hospital Director and Practice Manager. This is a role for someone with leadership ambitions and credibility.
