Senior Care & Support Lead — Person-Centred Care

Care South, Wickmeads, Bournemouth, is seeking a Senior Care & Support Assistant to lead care teams and oversee day-to-day operations for residents. The role focuses on person-centred care, care planning, and medication administration, with a pathway toward NVQ Level 3.

You will supervise Care Assistants and work to maintain dignity and independence for residents. We offer full-time or part-time hours, with shifts 8:00–20:00 including alternate weekends, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.80.
