Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will work closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care, considering individual needs, preferences and goals.
You will organise shifts, administer and record medications, liaise with health professionals and update residents’ computerised care plans. You’ll support induction and supervision of support staff across a dynamic home.
