In-Home Mental Health Support Worker (Part-Time)

TARGET HOUSING LIMITED in Rotherham is seeking a Community Mental Health Support Worker to work in the South Yorkshire Care Team. The role is part-time and permanent, delivering care in clients’ homes and local communities, following policies and care plans.
