Super Hiringis seeking a Residential Support Worker for an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home in Eastbourne. The role supports up to 4 young people aged 13 to 17 with complex needs, delivering safe, therapeutic care and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
You will help young people with personal care, follow care plans and risk assessments, and work within boundaries to create a nurturing, trauma-informed environment in a Good-rated home.
