Birmingham & Solihull Women’s Aid is seeking a Refuge Project Worker in Solihull to support the refuge manager in delivering frontline services to women and their children. The role involves administering records, developing support plans, and liaising with external agencies to meet residents’ needs.
The post is 37 hours per week with some out-of-hours and on-call work, including weekend and bank holiday coverage. Salary £31,537. A 24/7 on‑call rota ensures safety and continuity of care.
