Senior Buying Admin Assistant — Buyer Support & Operations

Urban Outfitters is seeking a proactive Buying Assistant to support the Established Buyer across all buying activities. You will help manage department systems, coordinate with stores, suppliers, and the warehouse to uphold sales performance and delivery standards.

You will work closely with the DC, web team, and design studio on queries, assist with seasonal presentations, samples, and intake planning, and help manage the department’s critical path with strong organisational and communication
