Night Care Supervisor – Elderly Care, 8pm–8am

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant for a night shift role (8pm–8am) with rotational weekends. The post involves leading a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team with medication, assessments and care plans, while ensuring residents receive dignified, personalised care.

You’ll work 33 hours per week in a UK care home, with opportunities for training and progression within the organisation.
