Trainee Embroidery Machine Operator

We are supporting a new client with a Trainee Embroidery Machine Operator

They are a family run business based in Wrexham and due to an increase in orders, we are now looking for a Trainee Embroidery Machine Operator

Duties include:

• Operating computerised embroidery machines
• Preparing garments and materials for embroidery
• Hooping garments and setting up designs
• Loading embroidery files and changing thread colours
• Monitoring quality and completing finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What we’re looking for:

• Attention to detail
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills are an advantage but not essential

Full Training Provided

Training covers machine operation, safety procedures, garment preparation, design setup, production processes, and quality control

Hours are 36 hours a week

Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 4pm with an early finish on Fridays

Hourly rate from £10.85 per hour according to National Living Wage
