Building Fabric Engineer – PPM & Repairs

Options Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a site-based maintenance team in Birmingham. You will maintain building fabric across a range of systems, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring safety and high standards.

The role requires an apprenticeship to City & Guilds, 3+ years’ experience, and the ability to work independently and with others. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are expected, with opportunities for training.
