Bakery Production Supervisor — Lead 12-Hour Shifts

Lantmännen Group in Bedford is seeking a Ready to Bake Supervisor to lead the Bake at Home production line. You will report to the Shift Manager, oversee a small team, and drive safety, quality and efficiency on 12-hour days.

With experience supervising in manufacturing, you will coach staff, ensure SOP adherence, manage breaks, and participate in quality checks and line reviews. The role demands strong communication and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
